Foreclosure Prevention Classes for Homeowners
This class, offered free of charge and conducted by a Certified Housing Counselor, helps homeowners worried about foreclosure understand their rights and options, provide tips for negotiating with lenders and/or selling your home, guidance for crisis budgeting, and links to community resources that can save you money. This class is required prior to attending individual counseling (exceptions may be made for homeowners with a judicial sale pending in less than 30 days).

Completion of this class is necessary prior to attending individual foreclosure prevention counseling. Exceptions may be made for homeowners that have a judicial sale pending within 30 days.
