Scheduling an Appointment

Appointments are required. Call AHC at 847/263-7478 and ask to speak with the Housing Counselor. If possible, plan on bringing the following items to your appointment:

• Your most recent statement or coupon book, including your loan account number.
• A brief explanation of your circumstances.
• Recent income documents (pay stubs, public benefits, social security, etc.).
• List of household expenses.
• Correspondence received from your lender regarding the delinquency.
