Acquisition Rehab Program

AHC acquires properties that are vacant or going into foreclosure, makes needed improvements, and sells the rehabbed homes to eligible homebuyers. Homebuyers may call AHC to inquire if any homes are available at a given point in time. AHC welcomes calls from local municipalities who would like AHC to consider rehabbing a particular property.
