AHC has three programs to help home buyers purchase a home. Click on the links below to learn how a program works.

Affordable Plus Mortgage: Provides up to $50,000 in purchase assistance, reduces interest charges and eliminates mortgage insurance.

First-Time Home Buyer Program: Provides up to $8,000 for downpayment and closing costs for Waukegan and North Chicago homebuyers.
