Only AHC partner lenders can pair their first mortgage products with AHC’s Affordable Plus Mortgage or First-Time Homebuyer Program, thereby offering a significant value-added service for your mortgage customers and a unique way to market yourself. Involvement with AHC will also help your financial institution meet its CRA goals.

Becoming a Participating Lender
If interested in becoming a participating lender, click on each of the below links. Please read all documents carefully, and return an executed signature page to AHC. Financial institutions and mortgage bankers are eligible to become an AHC participating lender.

Those groups that are strictly mortgage brokers are not eligible.

Training Sessions
